ZimVie eServices gives eligible customers in France, Germany, and Spain a convenient way to manage routine account needs online
Use your eServices account to place orders, reorder from previous purchases, view invoices, submit online requests, and track activity through your account dashboard.

Place an eShop order
Track orders and account activity
Submit returns and exchanges
Submit a warranty request
Submit a Product Experience Report

Important exclusions and limitations
Some account types may have account-specific ordering, pricing, approval, or support requirements.
Consignment customers should continue working directly with their ZimVie sales representative or Customer Service for consignment-related orders and account needs.
DSO customers should continue using their established ordering process. At this time, eServices may not provide the optimal experience for high-volume DSO accounts due to current order history display limitations in the user interface.
Product availability, shipping benefits, pricing, and online request options may vary by account type, region, and eligibility.
